I am an experienced former food buyer for Selfridges Food Halls. I designed the food experience for day visitors at tourism venues such as Blenheim Palace and the Royal Botanical Gardens in Edinburgh.
I love great food, especially when combined with fabulous service and am always curious about the people behind the menus and products.
Creating Hello Food Tours has been the perfect way to showcase the many local food heroes and food businesses that I buy from, work with, and am lucky enough to have on my doorstep!
